1981 - Foundation
Amico was incorporated with a strong foundation in the Industrial Equipment and Air Compressor industry, building rugged and reliable systems that powered construction and infrastructure projects across North America.
1980s - Healthcare Expansion
By the late 1980s, we recognized the growing demand for high-quality equipment in the healthcare sector and began expanding into Medical Gas and Healthcare Products, leveraging our expertise in air, vacuum, and pipeline systems.
Today - Modern Operations
Amico has grown significantly over the decades, driven by the needs of an aging population, advancements in healthcare, and the pressures of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our operations now span a campus of eight buildings totaling more than 560,000 square feet, supported by a dedicated facility in Hauppauge, New York, focused on Industrial Equipment manufacturing, proudly Made in the USA.
